How long do orders take to process and ship?

Generally, items in stock will be shipped out within 3-5 days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Depending on volume and orders it could take longer. Items that are ordered which are not in stock can take 2-3 weeks or more depending on supply lines and our ability to get product. Currently COVID has made getting certain items in harder than others. 

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you product leaves our warehouse. Items must have all tags and stickers still intact, unwashed, and in new condition. Please contact us at patriots@scars-n-stripes.com and let us know  you would like to process a return and we will help you through the process. 

Do you have a storefront?

At this time we do not have a storefront; however, it is something we are working towards. We do have a couple retail outlets that does stock our merchandise around the Pismo Beach, California area. If you want a store to stock our product or you own a store of your own, please contact us at patriots@scars-n-stripes.com and we will be happy to talk about the possibility of wholesaling merchandise to you. 

Do you have social media where I can post wearing your clothing brand?

Yes! Please see the social media icons at the bottom right of the website to be directed to our pages. Always feel free to use #scarsnstripes1776 and #scars_n_stripes_ on all of your SnS photo ops! We will be looking to run giveaways based on photo submissions and use of our hashtags!
